Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. Delivery is tracked and takes about 7 days, and the exact arrival date is shown on every product page before you order.

If it has not shipped, email support@chosenwatches.com with your order number and we will take care of it. Once a parcel is in transit we cannot recall it, but the 30-day return window still applies.

Tracking often sits quiet for 24 to 48 hours after a label is created. That is normal. If nothing has moved after five business days, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

Add any watch from the Pilgrim Series to your bag and choose the colour you want — gold or silver — right on the product page. The chain is added to your order at $0.00 automatically. There is no code to enter.

One free chain per watch. Two watches means two chains, and you can mix the colours.

It is rated 3 ATM, which means splash resistant. Rain, handwashing and a spilled coffee are all fine. Swimming and showering are not — please keep it dry.

Two years against manufacturing defects in the movement, case and clasp. If a covered part fails, we repair or replace the watch at no charge. Scratches, water damage beyond 3 ATM and impact damage are not covered.

Send a photo to support@chosenwatches.com within 14 days and we ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged one first.
