Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.
Where's my order?
Tracking can sit quiet for 24–48 hours after a label is created — that's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong. If your parcel hasn't moved in five business days, email support@chosenwatches.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. Just send us a photo and your order number within 14 days of the delivery date.
